Built for NHRA Top Dragster racer Dan Lafferty of Wendell Idaho, this 2014 ARC chassis is pushing the envelope further than we ever have in the Chrome-Worx shop.
This 250” chassis is complimented by a Sunset Racecraft little big man engine. But this engine has nothing little about it. One of the most powerful single carbureted naturally aspirated engines on the planet making 1457HP on the Sunset Racecraft Dyno.
There is no other car on the planet like this, truly one of a kind. Special thanks to the Lafferty family for giving us the opportunity to help create something so special.
This dragster is equipped with the following:
250” wheelbase, heavy duty 1 3/8” tubing back half, single shock swingarm suspension with anti-roll system, custom Penske Racing shock, Mark Williams Ultimate Pro Axles, Mark Williams bolt thru center section, Mark Williams Driveshaft, Lamb ultra lightweight dual caliper brakes, Hughes pro-mod powerglide trans, Hughes gm96 torque converter, Racepak V-300 data system loaded with sensors, Ron Davis Water/ Trans cooler combo radiator, custom painted Weld Delta 1 beadlock wheels, custom designed front wheels by Lindsay/Chrome-Worx. Complete custom paint by Todd’s Extreme Paint, ISP custom upholstered pour in seat, ISP side and top head protection, complete carbon fiber interior panels option, and almost every paint and chrome option available.
